Program Details:

Open sales only
Limited space available each sale*
Vehicles will be mixed, based on miles and condition,* throughout the sale; not tailgated

*At Nissan and Infiniti Remarketing Services Field Remarketing Manager’s discretion.

Vehicle Criteria:

Nissan and Infiniti brand vehicles only
Vehicles must be dealer-owned
Titled vehicles only (No MSO)
Mileage less than 75,000
Dealer retail identification must be removed
No negative announcements (No uni-body,TMU, salvage history)
Standard “yellow light” announcements may be acceptable*
Less than 6 year model limit

Participation Requirements:

Dealer must notify NMAC at least seven business days prior to the sale to consign their vehicles
Request to consign vehicles must be emailed to auction’s coordinator
Vehicles must be at auction site five business days prior to sale
Titles must be at auction three business days prior to sale
Pricing must be at auction at least three business days prior to sale
Vehicles are eligible to run a maximum of three times
Vehicles must have a Manheim inspection report
NMAC will have minimum of $500 or 3% leeway of floor whichever is greater*

Auction Sales Fees: (Paid Directly to Manheim)*

$25 inspection fee
$100 program fee
*Any recon work completed at dealer/Manheim rate is paid directly to Manheim.

Transportation Costs & Arrangements:

Participating dealers are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with delivering the vehicle to the auction facility.
If the unit does not sell at auction, the offering dealer is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with returning the vehicle to the dealership.
If the unit sells at auction, the purchasing dealer is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with delivering the vehicle to their dealership.
